It is our firm’s moto. It is Latin for, “It Really Depends.” A lot of legal issues really depend on the individual needs of each client. Every case has its own unique facts and circumstances.

It Really Depends on the facts of the case. If you got married in Vegas on Friday and have buyer’s remorse on Monday, that divorce case will cost less than if you had been married for 30 years.

It Really Depends on the case. For adoptions and some divorces, we charge a flat fee that includes court costs. For contested divorces, we charge a minimum fee and bill an hourly rate (plus court costs) which is invoiced weekly. Services invoiced are due on receipt of the invoice.

Other services are paid for in full at the start of the case. Wills, Service Contracts, Document Review, and Traffic Tickets are examples of services that are paid in full at the start of the case.

We understand that legal issues can arrive when least expected. We do offer payment plans and monthly billing options.

We strive to offer competitive pricing. Pricing is dependent on the circumstances of each case. While we do take some cases as Pro Bono, cases are selected on a case-by-case basis.
