About Manny

Manny Moreno has a servant’s heart and a strong passion for serving his community. Growing up in El Paso, Texas, he was raised in a Christian household, where his parents instilled in him the values of recognizing the needs around him and doing good whenever possible.

Manny Moreno has over 20 years of experience in serving others. His journey began in the United States Navy, where he honorably served for five years, four of which were spent as a member of the Submarine Service. After his military service, Manny continued his commitment to helping others as a Workforce Counselor, Human Resource Director, and Deputy Law Clerk.

After earning his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, Manny worked with the U.S. Department of Labor, where he focused on ensuring that employees received the benefits to which they were entitled.
